This is in no way designed to be an exhaustive list for every classroom. I am looking at this through the lens of a former 4th grade teacher seeking to find the most effective learning opportunities for students and teachers I now serve as a consultant. I have downloaded over 1,500 apps, looking for the highest quality and best deals out there. Keep in mind that new apps are released every day and that prices fluctuate. Many developers offer specials, so keep an eye out for the Paid apps to be reduced or to be Free occasionally. I do send a Free App Friday update which highlights some of those (Elementary focus). If you know of an app that deserves to be a Top Pick, feel free to let me know.
